Terms of Service
Please read carefully. These terms are a starting template prepared for The FPL Edge and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction before you charge for the service.
1. Who we are
The FPL Edge ("we", "us") provides Fantasy Premier League analysis and recommendations through thefpledge.com and associated apps (the "Service"). Contact: support@thefpledge.com.
2. What the Service is (and isn't)
The Service reads publicly available Fantasy Premier League data for the team ID you give us and produces suggestions. We never ask for your FPL password and cannot change your team. Suggestions are opinions generated by software; fantasy football outcomes are uncertain and we make no promise about points, rank or prizes. You are responsible for every change you make on the Fantasy Premier League site.
3. Not affiliated
The FPL Edge is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any club. All names and marks belong to their owners.
4. Your account
You must be 16 or over, give accurate details, keep your password secure and not share your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the Service, or use it to breach the Fantasy Premier League terms.
6. Payment
Where a paid plan is offered, prices and billing terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the law of your country of residence and any policy shown at purchase.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for the Service to be available but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting your consumer rights where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email; continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
